What we collect when you use this site, why, and how to have it removed. Written under the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia.
What we collect
When you make a reservation: your name, email, phone, country of residence, the dates and rooms you booked, and any request you wrote. When you write to us: your name, email, phone and your message. When you create an account: the same, plus a password we store only as a hash we cannot read back.
Why we hold it
To give you the room you booked, to reach you if something about your stay changes, to send the confirmation and the invoice, and to answer what you asked. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for advertising.
How long
A reservation and its invoice are kept as long as Saudi tax and hospitality rules require. Enquiries are kept while they are being answered and cleared afterwards. An account lasts until you ask us to close it.
Who else sees it
The hotel you booked, our payment provider for the amount and reference only, and the authorities when the law requires it of a hotel in the Kingdom. Nobody else.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw a consent you gave. Write to us and we answer within thirty days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, passwords are hashed, card details never reach our servers, and staff access to reservations is logged.
